6.6.2 Event attendance records (including name, address, telephone and email address of attendees, as well as details of events attended) will be stored indefinitely;

6.6.3 Personal details of subscribers to our mailing list (including name and email address) will be stored indefinitely. 8.3.1 MailChimp (mailing list management and newsletter sending) – Data processing agreement in place, MailChimp are fully compliant with the requirements of the GDPR and certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework;

8.3.2 Google Analytics (website analytics services) – Data processing agreement in place, Google Analytics is fully compliant with the requirements of the GDPR and certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

8.4 In certain circumstances, We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your personal data, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings, where We are complying with legal requirements, a court order, or a governmental authority.

9. What Happens If Our organisation Changes Hands?
